The MovieMusic Store is committed to customer satisfaction. We will gladly refund or replace defective items, as well as replace damaged items within 30 days of the product's shipping date. We cannot provide refunds for opened (non-used), non-defective CDs. Original shipping fees will be refunded on items returned due to our error. Notice regarding bulk ordering of limited editions: All orders (including pre-orders) for 5+ units of a limited edition item are final. Please contact us if you are unsure if an item is a limited edition. In order to return defective goods, please contact us immediately and indicate any problems you are experiencing with your product. Always remember to include your order number when communicating with us. We will verify any damaged or defective item and provide instructions on how to return your product. Please save your original shipping carton, if possible, for use when returning your product.
