Fortunately, we do have a cancellation window of opportunity. Unfortunately, this window of opportunity is very limited before our system begins to pick, pack and ship your order. Once the order begins processing, we will be unable to cancel your order. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Please be certain to include your order number. We will be able to cancel your order if you a) placed the order within the last two hours b) selected "Standard" as your preferred shipping method and c) the cancellation request is made during normal business hours of the work week (Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm Mountain USA Time). Notice regarding cancelling pre-order items: Cancellation window on pre-order items is limited to 3 days after your order is placed. Notice regarding bulk ordering of limited editions: All orders (including pre-orders) for 5+ units of a limited edition item are final.
