I wasn't keeping count. I was paying attention so as not to step into the gap (between page 16 and page 17).

Bluuuuurgh. Am quite tired. Have gained an extra day by getting up, going to station, then going home & back to bed. Now can't go to sleep till late. Annoyed because didn't remember IDRIS was the bloody dargon in Ivor the Engine, though was pleased that I remembered Billy Dee Williams played Lando. Hmmm, this makes no sense unless you are me. Ha ha you poor people who just read that...

Don't worry Marian, I'll explain it to you.

Here are some common meanings of 'that' as stated in Webster's...

a: the person, thing, or idea indicated, mentioned, or understood from the situation b: the time, action, or event specified c: the kind or thing specified as follows d: one or a group of the indicated kind

The odds are odd. But even though you don't post Haikus anymore, since you contributed to this thread, let's call it even.

    With stinkin' haiku,
    I get big stomach ulcers.
    Literary farce.

    One is on me now.
The pain is much to endure.
    I kill Probable

    For making me do
With the pain in the ass that
    haiku has become.

    Probable should write
    iambic pentameter
    poetry. It's nice.

    code:

And so I wrote some verse that went in five
with stresses on the second syllable.
"Iambic!" was the call, and thus I strive
to write in feet and make my rhythm full.

For rhyming a method did I invent
to intertwine my passages, for when
the first and third line of each stanza went
together, second, fourth, the same again.

In fives and fours, then, did my words march down,
and pulse and beat and writhe across the page.
As King of Writing, I would wear the crown
for thus did I deflect fell JJ's rage.

So here is where my verse will end tonight,
for I am tired and now must go to bed.
But never fear, more dogg'rel will I write
when once more written crap pours from my head.
