An early audio interview with Clone Wars composer Kevin Kiner is now online at ScoreNotes.com.Though he couldn't reveal too many details due to Lucasfilm restrictions, there are a few interesting tidbits that he was able to share...

Like he's actually reading anything here. His only job is to copy and paste on every film music board on the net.
Do a search for his Nick, you'll see he's been posting these ads for his site here for 3 years now and has'nt particiated in a single disscussion.[Message edited by TimT on 07-14-2008]

Gents,Just providing a heads-up on the segment. I felt it was pertinent to warrant a new thread (much like some of the other PR that is announced on here).
From a notification perspective, tacking the update on to the bottom of an existing thread alerts fewer people. In my opinion, I don't think what I am doing is a breach of etiquette...just sharing my work with everyone, that's all.

It's fine that you're sharing the info but a lot of us here prefer it when something like this to be combined in a thread that's all ready been started regarding said score instead of having multiple threads about the same thing.[Message edited by BigT1981 on 07-14-2008]

Who cares? Let the guy post in his own thread if he wants. I'm fine with it. If it bugs you, go for a walk.

I don't mind the new thread. I rarely, if ever, scroll down to "dead" or old threads, so a new thread on a score isn't a problem and it's a good reminder about what's coming out. It's only annoying when, say, the new Indiana Jones came out and there were 3 or 4 threads devoted to it and some person posted comments about the score in a new thread thinking he/she was the first to do so; now that's just stupid.

I wouldn't have even clicked this thread if so many people hadn't replied to it. Thanks for wasting my time! (no offense popcorn)
