Audacity (if you can still hear... Ah, no, you have to READ this, anyway ): I lost 1 GB of data on my hard disk a week ago, so it's not the perfect backup medium at all. I'm still trying to rebuild the data I lost, most of it are my emails from the last two years (over 1000 mails lost...). Well, I'm glad it's nothing more important. The mails are a sad loss, but it could be far worse.

NP: Anton Bruckner: Symphony #7 (Günter Wand, Kölner Rundfunk-Sinfonie-Orchester; wonderful)

    Totally off topic here but,

In my opinion, Hard Disks are the weak link in a computer... they're slow and can fail causing massive headaches (or worse)... Luckily, my last harddisk died slowly, so I was able to copy my data onto a new disk before I lost valuable data.

IBM recently released a 75 gig drive.

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one in the world who's anal about the condition of my cd's. I'm so bad that the title of the cd has to be in the case streight. I also can't stand fingerprints on the top of the disc itself. It just looks so crappy!! I usualy use old laserlight discs for spare parts when I break one.

NP - Daria Marathon on MTV...I LOOOVE this show!!

    You know, that sounds familiar!

Jonathan: A local news website had a report on that 75 GB drive. They wrote that it could store the equivalent of 160 CDs. I grabbed my calculator and came up with 120...
