I stumbled across this website which has a couple of Windows Media Player video clips that contain Jerry's music to the Soarin' Over California theme park ride.

Hmmm... the "Waiting Line" features music from Shaiman's "The American President" - not by Jerry Goldsmith.BUT, the rest sounds really great! Hope they release a CD with both this and Broughton's stuff on it (from the attraction). The video looks neat - I'll have to check this out next time I'm in the L.A. area (whenever that is!! LOL)...

Wow! I got to ride Soarin' just before the park opened. It's definitely a unique ride. I'll have to pay more attention to the music next time.

Erm, excuse my Goldsmith-ignorance, but what are the 2 tracks used in the 2nd and 3rd clips?Gracias.

I was told by an friend that there is indeed a disc coming out for it. When will it come out, if it is not already and what it will include, I have no idea. If I talk to him soon, I'll ask.
Either way, I look forward to such a disc!
