I saw The Hulk, The Matrix 2, and T3 previews durring the super bowl. Frankly, I was not impressed. Star Wars EP 1 and 2 were hyped like this and they were both disappointing. I am crossing my fingers but I do not expect to be blown away. I hope I am wrong about my predictions but I doubt it. Hollywood is in the entertainment business now. They do not care about art which means the movies will problaby insult my intelligence.

I saw the ads online. T3 and Hulk didn't impress me much but I thought the Matrix one was very well done. Add since the first Matrix movie wasn't only about loking great, I have high hopes for the next 2.

I think we already knew what to expect from the T3 ad based on the trailer that they've made available online.

If everybody goes into The Matrix sequels expecting an amazingly unique experience like the first film provided, they're going to be disappointed. From the looks of the trailer, it appears like all of the action is just going to be a rehash of what we saw in 1999... I honestly could care less about the action aspects of The Matrix, it's the sci-fi part that I enjoyed in it.

I was never interested in The Hulk to begin with, and I think after seeing that ad I believe my only reason to watch it would be Jennifer Connelly...

I really wish Hollywood would take a step back and look at all of this horrible CGI that they're pumping out. I'm really not impressed by the movies lately that just want to green screen everything or use 100% CGI in place of good miniatures or combinations of miniatures and CGI.

The Hulk i have no intention of seeing, Matrix i am going to see i have heard that becaue of how easy it was to reproduce that "scene" from the first, they are now in the process off what is said to be impossible for anyone else to reproduce. I guess they mean money wise. It's supposed to have one hell of a scene.

Terminator 3 i am going to see just because Arnold makes a good machine.

Apprently you guys haven't been keeping up with Matrix news. The film is not all action. Its a very introspective movie. The action of the trailer is almost exclusivly the last half of the film Roaded. None is from Revolution. I know most of what happens in Reloaded from someone who read the script. The next two go into post modern philosophy and the history of the Matrix more deeply than the first film. The first Matrix film is comparable to A New Hope to Empire Strikes Back. Most of you here at this board will be disappointed when you see the film. Mainstream will go to see the effects and costumes. It will love the film because the Brothers are seminal filmmakers who have great minds and can visualize great ideas about hte world.

I for one am happy to see more CGI driven film from Hollywood. This is what will have the film industy in the future. It's too expensive to go to locations and build sets. CGI and digital photography is going to help open the industy to young film-makers who may not have acess to dollars but do have computers. One day CGI will be less expensive than it is today. CGI is a filmmaker's tool. It is the future of motion picture. It is film's death.
