Alright, all you fans ready? Here we go:The classic film Bravados with Gregory Peck, Stephen Boyd, Joan Collins, Gene Evans, and many other good stars was scored by:
1. Cyril Mockridge
2. Themes by Alfred Newman, with additional music and adaptations by Lionel Newman, Hugo Friedhofer and Bernard Kaun
3. Lionel Newman and Cyril Mockridge
4. David Buttolph and Sol Kaplan
5. Rudy Schrader, Cyril Mockridge, Robert E. Dolan, and additional native American music by Carlos NakaiNo. 2 question-a real challenge for you
Which one of the these people played the part of the outlaw disguised as the hangman, who was accidentally killed in the escape of the outlaws?
1. Bill Camfield, host of Nightmare TV show,(1958-1964) Channel 11, Ft. Worth
2. Buster Keaton
3. Jerry, Mr. Peppermint, Dallas Channel 8 TV station kids show host(during the 1960's), appears regularly now as a judge in many parts and films on Lifetime Network
4. Joe DeRita-last Curly of the Three Stooges
5. Vernon Dent-backup actor in many Stooges shorts, the fat man with the mustacheEasy ones. Jump in there folks. John.

John, I think you might have just answered your own question in the other thread about new possible FSM releases. So, using all my innate intelligence, I have to say that The Bravados had themes by Alfred Newman and additional music by Hugo Friedhofer. As for the other question, well my intuition tells me nothing in this case, so, pot luck: It was Mr... Peppermint?

I did that on purpose, to tip you folks and give you a clue. Yep, that is correct. No. 2, No, but Mr. Peppermint is a good guess and he is doing a good job in those Lifetime films. Its the one you may not think is it. He did a good job as the fake "hangman". John.

Ah! It's the one we might not think it is, you say? Well, I don't think it was Buster Keaton!

Good try, Graham. This movie came out just a few years before Keaton started making his comeback in cameos and all of his films were shown again. Sorry. Of those left, who would be least likely to be a serious part in a major film? He did well in it, by the way. John.

I suppose that would be the last Curly from The Three Stooges, no?These are quite difficult for me, John. Sometimes I can make an educated guess if it's about old horror or SF stuff, but mostly I'm just really guessing. In that last one I couldn't even use intuition, 'cos none was to be had.

Yes, sir, that is it. He died not too long ago too. The last of the Stooges. John.
