Was Aaron Copland's fabulous score to this classic ever released?

If I am not mistaken, one or two cues from the score are part of Copland's suite, Music for the Movies. There was a Mark 56 LP of the film's soundtrack but that had dialogue and sound effects too. My guess--because I don't own this--is that a recent CD with music from The Heiress and other Copland film music might also have this.

I think Lou is right; I've never seen anything out there with more than a couple of cues ("Barley Wagons" and "Threshing Machines") from this movie. (One such CD, if you're interested, is called "Copland: Music for Films," conducted by Leonard Slatkin; amazon.com has it listed for $14.99.)

Thanks, guys. A shame it's just a couple of cues though. I guess everyone just wants the style he's famous for so they neglected the dramatic cues. Oh well, it's something.

    Thanks again.
