Were Sleuth and/or Start the Revolution Without Me ever released on CD? If not, what about LP?James

I have a copy of Sleuth on LP. It hasn't been released on CD:LP: Columbia Records S 32154
It has dialogue from the film on it, but it isn't too distracting. This is a great score!
As for Start the Revolution Without Me, that hasn't seen any legitimate release whatsoever.
