I can help you out with the Aliens one cause I can think of that one off the top of my head. The track is Bishop's Countdown. I think it's track 16 or 17 on the Aliens Deluxe score.

LOTR:"The Crow: City of Angels" Track 1, "City of Angels". Right after Frodo says "I cannot do this alone", and the words "A Fellowship will Protect Him" comes up on-screen.
Took me forever to find that soundtrack, I ended up getting lucky and finding it a local Barnes & Noble.
