This choral piece is quite often used, e.g. in Michael Jackson's History video opening. Is it from Vangelis?

I do know that some of the trailers were using "Carmina Burana" as the choral piece. It's widely used bit of music that finds it's way into many trailers.

Ooh yeah, it's by Carl Orff.

"O Fortuna" from Carl Orff's opera "Carmina Burana," as Kevin stated. If you're looking for it on CD, I recommend the Telarc recording, which is the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and Chorus conducted by the late Robert Shaw. Excellent performance and sound quality, and the inserts contain lengthy notes from the conductor as well as the lyrics in their original form and translated into English and German. You can sing along! The rest of the 60+ minutes are also very good if you like opera (which I do).

Actually, "Carmina Burana" is a ballet, not an opera. Carl Orff scored a choral work with two pianos, percussion and some winds. Later he re-arranged it for full orchestra to accomodate larger concert halls. The ballet is fantastic if you ever get to see it. Kind of a PG-13 performance if done authentically!
