I heard a rumor that there might be an indiana jones boxed set like the superman blue box edition. Is this True? I have the comlplete score to Raiders and only am hoping for the complete score to The Last Crusade. Is any of this true, or could I just get Complete Last Crusade?

I had a really great comment laid out, complete with humorous interjections, but I gave up.

Scoreaholic, the rumors are false, I'm afraid to say.

Stargate is right what ever you heard is false. All the box set is a Star Wars Trilogy Anthology style set, where it's a 5 disc set (not 4) and the previous three scores are expanded. The 5th disc contains some interviews with Williams and additional unreleased material from the previous three films. Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull most likely won't have any more additional music on the set it'll probably just be the OST re-issued.

I know you guys are trying to be humorous about this but why lead someone down the wrong path? I was just posting facts is all.

Personally, I wish they would offer two sets, one with and one without Crystal Skull. If its not going to be different than the one I already have, why spend extra money to buy it again? As much as I love JW's music, one copy of a score is enough.

But then why not make one with out Last Crusade? Or make one without Raiders? It's an Indy box set so I am sure that's why all the Indy scores are in it. It wouldn't make sense for them to release a box set without one of the scores. And it probably wouldn't save you much money at all. You could sell your extra copy on like Half.com or even Peter would probably take it off your hands for you.

So sell your existing Crystal Skull, thats what i did. I doubt its worth more than a few bucks, but I don't need two either.

I'm excited! Alright, "On The Tank" better be that cool part missing from the film version of "Belly Of the Steel Beast." And finally: "Water!" That's an awesome piece.

No. Get to know them better than damn Transformers! Seriously, if you can compile something outta' these close to what you did on the Star Wars prequels (which aren't very good scores to begin with) than I believe you could do a great job with Indiana Jones.

This is one of those Must Have releases for me.

I'm at a stage whereby I'm very choosy about which scores I get, and I rarely see or hear a CD release that I want (I have most of my favorite scores).

This release is making me drool again. On my list ...
