Composer Brian Tyler recently recorded his score to the D.J. Caruso thriller Eagle Eye. Executive produced by Steven Spielberg, the score to the film was recorded with a 88-piece orchestra at the Sony Scoring Stage, and ScoringSessions.com has the exclusive photos for you - as well as an audio clip when the earthquake struck!

    Enjoy!

So... ok. I went there, and I thought, "man, I wish there were clips from the score because I want to know if that odd percussion electronic part from the end of the trailer is from the movie" before I read what you just posted. So I am scanning and I get to the bottom and see the MP3 sample thing and I am like "SWEET!!!" and I press play, hear some talking and am like, "oh it's an actual clip of the recording" and then realized why it was titled "Eagle Eye Earthquake."

So the point of my story is... I think it'd be cool for us to hear samples of the score sometime to go with the pictures. But I'd imagine it'd have to be from the official release.

Well yes, it's always nice to provide audio when I can. Which is why I have audio up from the JUMPER video game, the Blake Neely tribute to Kennedy, and one or two other things somewhere in there.

The issue is that, in most cases, the score isn't ready to be heard when I post the news items or, in the case of EAGLE EYE, I didn't want to piss off Varese.

    Yeah that's what I figured.
