Problems contacting BSX ... yet again

Author	Topic: Problems contacting BSX ... yet again

Kris Standard Userer	About 1-2 months ago I ordered via Buysoundtrax. I know it's a stupid thing to do, but I really wanted a signed copy. What happened is that I got charged to the full amount of the order but only received half of it. The accompanying note said the second part would come later. Since then, nothing. I've tried contacting them without success. Any idea how I could contact them? PS: Some people never learn.

Stargate Standard Userer	Post this on FSM; it's a two-fold benefit. 1) You'll piss off all the FSMers, and 2) BSX usually responds there.

SpoilerOrange Standard Userer	the last time this happened to me with BSX (sent part of the order but never the rest) I posted a note here at MM.com and sure enough it showed up less than a week later. It took four months but I got it.

TimT Standard Userer	I've never ordered from BuySountrax myself but, every comment I've read about them is negative. The scariest part is that when they actually do respond to you it is often in a very uncurtious manner. Is he really a legit and creditable store? Or some arogant eBayer with a website?

BigT1981 Standard Userer	He supposedly is a legit store online but his reputation for really screwing people over is not far from the truth. I'm not happy with the fact that BSX was the handler for the Stargate: Ark Of Truth CD's, hope they get all their copies out to everyone that ordered a CD. Either way the way how they handle customer service is laughable and very shameful, why people still order from them is beyond me...you'd think with all the negative complaints going around a lot more people would have stayed away. As I said I really do hope that they get all the copies of the Stargate: Ark Of Truth out to those who ordered it.

Kris Standard Userer	I actually got a reply after I mailed to somebody who works for BSX. There's still something wrong with the status, but at least we're in touch. Let's see how it works out. I'd be glad to post some positive info if all goes well.

Stargate Standard Userer	That's good. To BSX's credit, I've never had a problem in the 3 or so dealings I've had with them. They shipped fast and communicated pretty well. I don't understand where the disconnect is for them or why some people have such terrible times whereas others don't. It's a weird way to run a business.
