I love that Aleph's going to release Lalo Schifrin's score to the fourth Dirty Harry film SUDDEN IMPACT. In fact, I was so pumped up about it I wrote a review which will appear in the next online issue of Film Score Monthly.I also include some quotes by recording engineer Mike Matessino (yes, the guy who did the Superman "blue box")about working on the series; Lalo's compositional style, and the special "sound" this score exudes. He was kind enough to answer my questions via email.
I will wait for all of my old Silver Age buddies on this site to comment about it when the time comes.

Ya me too! I love this score and am totally pumped they're releasing it. I hope this means that THE DEAD POOL will be next. Then we can have all five Dirty Harry scores.THE ENFORCER disc they released last year is so great. Keep it up Aleph!
