I was shooting a link to the top so that people would know it was out and ready to order, even through MV hasn't posted his press release.

People seem unable to access a website for their information :P

I'd guess LA-LA will be shipping some starting tomorrow. At least I hope they do.

Peter and the other outlets will get theirs next week because I'd guess because of the bulk that they order.

If you ordered from Peter, yours will be in the mail as soon as he gets them in.

So, how worth it is this compared to the... you know... "the evil release"?
And I'm talking about musical content here, so leave the ethics aside.

Well you're getting 70 more mins of music.

Most of it covers the time before Godzilla's arrival in N.Y., his second attack on N.Y. and alot of the Madison Square Garden sequences.

That's probably the scene that Godzilla dies on the Brooklyn Bridge.

This is the complete score compared to the promo. This has EVERY bit of David Arnold's music recorded for the film. The promo only had about 50 minutes of music.

This release is a lot better than the promo.

Not to mention better sound quality?

The mp3 samples alone scream better mastering.

Well judging from the track listings and the fact it has unused music...it would be safe to assume it's every bit of music written for the film...

Edit: Yes judging by the samples it does seem to have better sound quality than the promo.
