4/26/2007ACOUSTIMEDIA ANNOUNCES SCORE ALBUM FOR "BITTERBLUE" -- MUSIC BY DOUG ADAMS
AcoustiMedia, Inc. is proud to announce the release of the score album to the new Robert Alaniz film, BITTERBLUE. This is the first feature film score by composer and prolific film music journalist Doug Adams.
BITTERBLUE tells the story of the friendship between a compassionate young girl and an outcast boy named Tobey. Menaced by the school's conflicted star athlete, and framed for crimes he did not commit, Tobey's faith and belief in miracles give him the strength to triumph over adversity.
In service of the film's inspirational theme, Doug Adams has crafted an intricate and melodic score that runs the gamut from delicate beauty to pulsing action. Divergent light and dark thematic material contrasts, then conflicts, before building to an emotional climax that reaches for the heavens.
The official score album to BITTERBLUE is due for release in Spring, 2007, and will be available through AcoustiMedia online. Visit the following link to view the artwork and track listing, hear sound samples:
