WELL........ if this is really something of the scope that your thread title suggests (Phoenix as in Jean Grey???), then Google would most certainly turn up something, would it not? Unless you made a typo and it was supposed to be "2008."

Bad thread title... why is everything "[insert random word] Rising" ? Take for instance: "Peter Kelly Rising" or "Ryan Keaveney Rising" or "Ford Thaxton Rising" ... "Cookie Monster Rising" ... "Toilet Rising", "Brian's Blood Pressure Rising" ... ???? If it's supposed to be cool I'm not detecting any significant levels of cool factor in the area........Anyone wanna help me out? I'll feel comfortable saying this then: "Nutz rising." I'm looking forward to what Hooper can deliver with this score, especially after Patrick Doyle's valiant - and still unappreciated - offering from The Goblet of Fire. Have they announced a director for the next two film installments? I'm all for Alfonso Cuaron returning and his long awaited re-teaming with Doyle! Even if he worked magic with Williams and the Azkaban score, Doyle's scores for his films are always quite memorable (A Little Princess and Great Expectations).

I agree, NS. While I admit I wasn't all that appreciative of Doyle's contributions to the saga back in 2005, since then my opinion of it has changed greatly... and I now heartily rank it as the second best Potter score (right below Azkaban!). I *often* find that the scores that I don't enjoy at first end up being my enduring favorites. This is no exception. I also got a chance to hear Doyle's Henry V, and WOW! That has to be the most impressive composer debut I've ever heard. Looking forward to July 21st *cough* uh July 13th *COUGH* I mean... July 10th. [Message edited by NeoVoyager on 04-08-2007]
