I'm looking for some 'tense' music for the final section of a quiz show. Something like that music you hear during 'Who Wants to be a Millionaire'. Also - some slightly 'less tense' music for the games at the beginning of the show.Any tracks spring to mind?
Thanks a million in advance.
(The first idea that came to mind was the Blade Runner end titles but about 76 billion local quiz shows have already used that on local TV)

How about 'The Conspirators' from John Williams's JFK?[Message edited by Timmer on 10-27-2006]

Haha, Mark, I'd put on something like "Pipeline" from David Arnold's The World Is Not Enough. That's so tense it'd drive your contestants up the wall. It's frantically tense in all the right ways... would be hilarious. Crop it at about 00:01:13 and let it play on out. Funny stuff. What are the games at the beginning of the show?

My suggestions are "Furthur and Furthur" or "I Thought You Wanted to Dance" from Michael Nyman's Gattaca. "Up Stairs" would also be another great choice from that too.I was listening to JFK earlier this morning and Tim is dead-on with his recommendation.

I'd recommend Moscow Wind-Up or Bim-Bam Smash from The Bourne Identity.

If you use Pelican Brief, don't use the cue for the running in the basement with the slamming piano music. J.

Sneakers and I love Trouble would be fine though. J.
