I have/had some of these scores on CD.

I can tell you which ones are worth hunting down in my view.

Lawnmower Man 2, Well it certainly suprised me, I was expecting a totally differnt type of score. Instead of a electronic techno /rock driven scores, we have a full blown orchestral action adventure, with likness to John Williams and Jerry Goldsmith, and probably one of Robert Folks most enjoyable scores.
Its sometimes criticized for haveing its main theme too simular to John William's Jurassic Park theme. And some of the action music having too much in common with Jerry Goldsmith's Total Recall. But I really never cared, this is some kick-ass stuff.
Plus its one of the few Varese Sarabande releases of the mid 90s to have a CD length of over 60 min! This would definetly be a 4 for me.

Ace Ventura 2 I owned this for about a year or so, I remember it has some really good opening tracks, but then it gets really silly from the middle to the end, I later sold it on eBay I'd give it a 1

Neverending Story 2 This score is good for what it is, BUT it doesn't have any of the great themes from the original score that helped strengthen my interest in film music. Its also very short on CD. proabably a just about 30 min of Robert Folk's music, the rest of the CD is filled with really dumb 80s pop songs including an embarrasing remix of the original Neverending Story theme song. Now if you were to take this music and disassociate it with The Neverending Story, then you have a pretty decent Fantasy score for large orchestra and chorus thats well represented in its some 30 or so mins in length. But because it is in fact associated with The Neverendoing Story, I fill a bit dissopinted 3

    Toy Soldiers
I think this one is one of Folk's more popular scores. Its not my favorite but it will probably surprise you at first if you've never heard it before. Its got some quality action music and a memorable theme, but the problem I had with it was the two just didn't fit together. Theme sounds like its from one movie and the action sounds like it belongs in another, I don't know it might be just me. 3 (or maybe a 2 with extra credit.

    Tremors
This is only availible as a 18 min suite on a very expensive and rare promo CD. The music is really good, but somewhat impractical to get because you're going to pay $80-$100 for 18 min of music. Now theres alot of other stuff on the promo but if you're just looking for Tremors, you're better off searching for a CD-R 2

    Trapped in Paradise
Comedy scores are always uninteresting to me but this one is certianly above adverage. I think the Track you have listed here speaks for itself. 4

    Nothing to Loose
The Track you have listed there, pretty much speaks for the rest of the score. I didn't like it at all 0

Arabian Knights Now this is one of those scores were I know its good, and I'd probably never sell it, but at the same time I never listen it! lol
Its simular in style to the Fantasy adventure style from Neverending Story 2, in fact the track you have listed here for NES2 is remarkably simular to the opening score track of Arabian Knight , and has some Disney like songs. I want to say more but its been so long since I've listened to this CD, that I no longer remember the music in detail lol. But I do remember liking what I heard when I did play it. lol 3 By the Way, this score also goes by the title "The Prince and the Coubler"

Beastmaster 2 This one is curiously not on your list, do you already have it?
Because this is like the king of the crop!
Big orchestral fantasy adventure score with some really great memorable themes. At a much higher quality than most of Folk's other Fantasy scores. The opening track will knock your socks off. 4 definetly!

I only have ARABIAN KNIGHT and NEVERENDING STORY 2, and TimT really sums up my own feelings of these. The first is a decent animation score with (thankfully) not too much mickey-mousing going on. It has a strong Disney/Alan Menken-vibe, but lacks some of Menken's melodic and classy finesse. The latter is a fine fantasy score that nevertheless wanders a bit in all different directions. It lacks the in-your-face immediacy of the prequel. I don't mind the short length so much, though.

    ARABIAN KNIGHT: 2
    NEVERENDING STORY II: 2

Toy Soldiers is a superb score by Folk. One of his best so far. Some of the action cues are fantastic such as the one cue where the guy is running to and from the house in that one scene without the bad guys knowing it. Great cue. The main theme is great too.

No love for POLICE ACADEMY? Easily a four.

The music is so exciting and triumphant, and the march is interwoven quite well. If you were listening to it blind, you'd never guess it was from this kind of film.

Nope. Not to sound rude, but I just want people to rate the pieces, not what scores by the composer you have in your collection.
