Music in the trailer, from what I can guess other than Williams's Superman score: Hans Zimmer's The Thin Red Line and James Horner's Brainstorm.

I'll probably get beat up for saying this... but am I the only one that's not that big of a fan of the Superman score? Other than I really wanna see the movie.

You're not the only one. I hope the movie will be good. While X3 is giving me more hope with the Sentinels.

Superman is one of John Williams' greatest scores. His theme for this superhero is unmatched by any other, and has really stood the test of time. Seeing it shine valiantly with the new visuals is a testament to its timelessness. I wasn't sold on Superman Returns when the teaser came out, but after this latest trailer, I find this film becoming one of my most highly anticipated.
