Oh geez... this is gonna be a long list...

    All from Mark Mancina:
    Bad Boys
Money Train (one of the best action scores ever!)
    Speed 2: Cruise Control

    The Fan by Hans Zimmer
    Armageddon (Harry Gregson-Williams' portion)
    Goldmember by George S. Clinton
Pearl Harbor (the rest of the music) by Hans Zimmer and Gang...

There's so many I can't even begin to list them all.

    Clayton

Most of the scores I wanted in past have been released in last several years. Its amazing how many have been. They are all great too.

There are a few though from long ago

    1. Centennial from the mini series by Addison, great stuff
    2. the tremendous score by Fred Steiner for the very funny First to Fight marine film with Chad Everett from 67. Great score built around Casablanca tune. The main title and action music is fantastic in this score. And his fear music for the cowardice scenes by Everett are built in a counterpoint against the Casablanca Time Goes By tune by Hupfeld. It works great in film. The fear motif is playing in foreground with that tune behind it as he is terrified.
All the battle music is superior.J.

A complete release of the Tarzan and Mermaids score maybe by the good folks that have done all those reconstructions, Morgan and STromberg, would be nice too. That one piece on the Tiomkin set left off all the best music from the film.

    Waterland by Carter Burwell.

Of course, nobody has ever heard of this film, much less enjoyed the score...

Shame they didn't include Burwell's superb action music on the soundtrack to Mercury Rising?!

Silva did a similar thing with their Bernstein recording by leaving out the wonderful cue from An American Werewolf In London....it's the music that's heard when we see things from the Werewolf's eye view.

    A big surprise.

    David Arnold's GODZILLA.

I really like this score, it's a surprise because I'm not a fan of the man's music.

Timmer, I'm not overly a fan of his either but I also like that one. To me its one of his best overall. I like the percussion and variety in the score. J.
