Has there been any confirmation of this at all? So far, I'm taking it about as seriously about the previous IMDb reports.NP: Brassed Off (Trevor Jones)

Marian, what is this? Do you see anyone mentioning their sources, in their news pieces? Why does Scoremagacine have to explain now and everybody else don’t? After all, if you've been following those 100+ news’ pieces we've published over the one year of our existence, you would know if they finally happened or not in the end. The studio and different Hollywood´s Agents gave us this info and he is assigned at the moment. If they're going to drop him later on this is not something we can control. After all, it's just a news bit, it's something which is there and it's everyone's right to take it or leave it.[Message edited by Demetris Christodoulides on 04-19-2006]

The subject says Hooper will score the movie, so there's no room for changing now. It's carved in stone, err... wait. Dammit. I can't take it! This news story is presented in too many emotional terms, not enough factual ones!! Arrgghh.:::crying:::

Currently, Warner Bros says that Hooper has NOT been signed for "Order of the Phoenix." I'd treat this information as a grain of salt...Stay tuned!

Apparently, it's not carved in stone. According to Dan Goldwasser and Ford Thaxton the bigwigs at Warner Bros haven't approved this. So, it's not a done deal yet.

I don't care to much for the Harry Potter films either or the music. To me the Harry Potter films are those boring films I had to sit and watch in high school sometimes...

2006's first Hairy pooper mud brawl, featuring Dan Goldwasser + Ford Taxton vs. Demetrius Christodoulides + Pablo Nieto.Fine entertainment for a lovely spring day. This is serious **** . My apologies for joking around with my previous post. I had not realized just how powerful the shock waves are about all of this.

I understand that sometimes one cannot reveal their sources. This is going high and wild at the moment, and although in an eMail I got from Air-Edel the other day the possibility of Hooper doing the score was mentioned as well...I mean, the movie will be out in what? 15 months? A lot of water can flow under the bridge until then.
I'm not getting hyped up at all just now.

I did enjoy the Williams music for number 3; Doyle's effort was forgetable.

Wait! Peter, which name is Dan's? This is funny news, I thought he got the boot from mm.com. And which name belongs to the-object-of-FSM's-undying-hatred, For Thaxton?posted 04-19-2006 07:49 PM PT (US)

When did news become "report fiction as fact, until it's denied and *then* report fact" rather than just "report fact"? That's all entertainment news is these days. Don't let it seep into film music anymore. Please?
