Because I am S-O-L! I've searched around at Borders and Barnes and Nobles bookstores, Best Buy, Circuit City, Warehouse Music and a few local shops and thus far my search has proved more damaging on my wallet than actually finding the damn thing and buying it! Before Peter or another user points out the obvious of me looking right here on this cherished site or searching Amazon or a related site, I'm being a bit cautious with using my credit card online after the bank found some additional credits out of state (was it you Peter?
), so that's why my search has taken me around Atlanta and her outskirts. Has anyone found it and bought it yet? If so, where did you get lucky?

It is well documented that Peter likes to order fresh fruit from Harry & David's right off of this here Internet... so keep an eye on your credit card statements.

Thanks for taking me out of the discussion already, Nutso. But you are safe with me, even tho you haven't forked over any "sensitive" data this way just yet.I am aware of warehouses (not Wherehouses) in California, Florida, Nevada and Kentucky that have boxes of these. If you need directions, please ask. If you need help breaking into private property? I'm out.

Was tantalized by the Goldsmith influence I heard in a few of the iTMS samples, so I bought the album.

I'm taking it from Jeff that it's his best since I am Dina, which I've only heard a few cues from. But Jeff does run one of his sites. But if you say he's got some mentor-like influences, I'm there; especially since this is a bit of a genre turn-around for him. Now I just need to find it!

I've ordered from Peter once or twice... yeah... maybe a little bit more than that... and I haven't had any problems, I'd say you're safe ordering it with Peter and he'd probably get it to you faster than Amazon...Clayton

Have to agree 100% with this! I've had nothing but fantastic service from MM.com everytime I order something. Everything ships quite quickly as well.

Guys, I appreciate the Amazon and MM.com links (which I would find by myself if I weren't in this predicament) but don't forget I'm a lttle hesitant to order online for a few months until my bank can straighten out my current situation. Any other suggestions?

Nuts, Ok I get it.... you want to buy the CD without any bank's assistance. Took a while to figure that one out. Now that we're here, ask if you can order a CD from the MovieMusic Store without a bank's interference. Hint: yes. Email for details!

As for your "sensitive" details, you've never let me know what's behind the first door on the left in your hall, nor the style of lighting used throughout your abode, nor whether or not you prefer magic markers or crayons. As much as I want it (and want to share it), you've never forked it!

I'm all for Marco Beltrami, really, but this album just doesn't have much for me to grab on as a listener. Not enough melody to enjoy as pure entertainment, and not enough complexity to appreciate intellectually. The two string passages that are near the beginning and end of the album are lovely, and any Beltrami fan should hear them, while the rest is just off-beat enough to fit the label "quirky" but too minimalist to have any other identity. It probably fits the film perfectly, but I found the score just a little too sparse for me.
The interview on the CD is more entertaining, actually, as it shows how Beltrami used actual cactus thorns in the music, but as it turns out, it's much more fun to watch Beltrami pluck cactus thorns than to listen to it.

Well it's been said it's his best. I think it's good but its defiently not better than I Am Dina. Still, Scream will always be my favorite score =)

Just picked it up today at my local Borders. It was their last and only copy. Giving it a spin now; I'm already in love with the first cue. It's been a year since I've had a new Beltrami CD, and I'm a bit partial. LOL.

LOL.It's funny, I went to Barnes & Noble and they had like 15 copies in 5 different spots... plus a lot of OOP stuff that I should've jumped on, but didn't have the money. Too bad their prices are so high. Almost as bad as Sam Goody was.
