Well..i know,i know.Seems like any score make me happy. But,i just want share my opinions in this forum.
the last brian tyler score is a mix of scores "legend of the fall(main tittle),the thin red line(call to the arms),thomas newman scores, black beauty,John powell (percussion)...
I never liked tyler very much, but this show how a promise (a composer) could be a disapointment.

"A Call to Arms" from The Greatest Game Ever Played score contains, note per note, the Leave no Man Behind theme from Zimmer´s Black Hawk Down; well in fact the Main Theme from Tyler´s TGGEP is an scandalous rip of Horner´s Legends of the Fall main theme + Leave no man behind. But I still like it

I´m afraid that this would be a very loooooong post if this rip had been done by Horner or Zimmer. But it seems there are a few composers who are almost untouchables...

Well, I wouldn't be so forgiving with Brian Tyler, he's not that good to start off. As much as I enjoy his Children Of Dune music, it's filled with rip-offs. And yeah people would probably have idiotic temper tantrums if it were Horner or Zimmer at the helm. Ryan Keveany went berserk on me for saying that Passion Of The Christ resembles Gladiator and Black Hawk Down in some respects ... I'm sure he's even more furious at FSM for saying it sounds like Horner's Glory.
