What's your favorite song score soundtrack. I was listening to both "Valley Girl" and "Goodfellas" this morning. They are brilliant in capturing the spirit and themes of both films. Robbie Robertson ("Goodfellas", "Casino", etc.) is so adroit in his selection of songs for a particular film soundtrack. That's why Scorsese continues to use him.

That's it! SONG SOUNDTRACK (but it can include some of the score as "Full Metal Jacket" and "Platoon" does.)

Probably "Kill Bill: Vol. 2". It has some great themes as well as wonderfully appropriate songs. Johnny Cash and Ennio Morricone, oh my!
