    Marco Beltrami has been hired to compose the original score for Underworld: Evolution, the follow-up to the 2003 horror hit Underworld starring Kate Beckinsale.

    Why is he scoring these sequels to these awful movies (xXx 2 and now Underworld)!!! Someone tell him to stop!

    The man does seem to have inherited Jerry Goldsmith's taste in films.

    Well hey I liked Underworld, and I'm glad thier making a sequal.
    The original score sucked, so I'm glad its getting another composer. I don't agree with choosing Beltrami, but I know he'll produce something more memorable than the wallpaper music of the original.

    By the way the music for XXX 2 doesn't work becuase alot of people like my self still remember the days of Ice Cube and N.W.A. and find "Rock" music with Ice Cube on screen something way out of place.
    Even his character in the movie, is not the type to listen it. Especially if he's able to quote lines from Tupac.
