The art/tracklists for HOUSE OF WAX and CARRIE are up at Varese's website.

HOUSE OF WAX's cover isn't as interesting as the back artwork.(Mainly because the Maverick Records song CD got the better one.) The tracklist is the same as the one at Ottman's site.

CARRIE is the original LP listing and the artwork is different from the previous releases. I love the back cover photo...CREEPY!

Personally, I like the understated "House of Wax" cover. From the clip I heard at Ottman's site, the score promises to be terrific. Also, there's a track called "Paris Gets It". We can only hope.

As for "Carrie", I think the Rykodisc cover is better. Here's hoping that they have that line as a bonus track. (I honestly shouldn't have to say which one.)

    We're all sorry, Cassie.

I don't know, just felt like it,

To be honest, I think the back cover would've been a much better front cover and vica versa. But that's just my humble opinion. What's the point of an understated cover? Don't we want score CD's to sell better?

House of Wax, another sloppy blood splashing R film remake that isnt worth spit. BTW, they are remaking another of William Castle's old films-Macabre, which was one of his better ones. The original starred William Prince and Jim Backus in the search for a boy kidnapped and hidden in tombs. Prince is the grandfather who has heart problems and may die anytime during the story. When the movie came out they advertized that if you died of fright while watching the movie they would pay your funeral expenses. LOL.

Thirteen Ghosts another gore remake awhile back. J.

BTW, am I the only one who thinks that the "House of Wax" remake looks more like "Tourist Trap" than the Vincent Price original?
