I am looking for the soundtrack to the 1994 Disney version of Black Beauty (composed by Danny Elfman). It is out of print and almost impossible to find! If anyone has one and would be willing to sell or burn me a copy that I could buy, I would be very interested. Please post and/or email me! Thanks!

I would advise buying the Danny Elfman compilation called "Music from a Darkened Theater Volume 2"It has close to 20 minutes of the essential themes from Black Beauty. It's a good suite of themes from the movie, taken from the original soundtrack recordings. At less than $20, it won't set you back the $50 to $85 I've recently seen the original soundtrack CD sell for.

In fact, Equinegirl, are there any other scores by Elfman ya want? I got em all. 'Cept Chicago. I'm not worried about that one ever disappearing. It's only got 2 tracks on it (which I gotta have, but...), I just haven't gotten around to getting it.

I'm kinda confused, because last year I sold my orig Black Beauty CD on auction and, at the time, there was a lot of copies of what looked to be a re-release of BB and another Elfman score on the same disc. I thought for sure I could find that newer CD on auction or regulat sale, but can't. I'm sure I saw something back then because I thought it would diminish the value of the original... which sold anyway. Hmmm. Sorry!
