COME ON -- show some enthusiasm, damnit! How many different ways can one argue about that friggin' star wars album. You know there is other **** out there besides star wars.
Hostage definitely has my vote for one of the coolest scores of the new year.

Hey, I'm always up for something over Star Wars. I'd rather hear Steve Jablonskys score for Amityville Horror remake over Star Wars. I heard his score for Amityville Horror is pretty good.

I'm looking forward to both the film and the score. I hope for Steve's sake the score comes out. I enjoyed his TCM score and absolutely adore his Steamboy score.

Steve,I'm curious where you got your tracklisting for Desplat's HOSTAGE.
I can't seem to find any sites that list the CD other than amazon.fr.

Didn't see the movie so I can't comment on the score, but it sounds interesting!Desplat has been getting some great praise as of late, and from what I've heard (about the score) this seems to be a pretty intense work!
Always up for some fresh material
