I was poking around at HelMart yesterday and caught sight of the soundtrack to Mulan II. The score is by Joel McNeely. The CD was really cheap... Less than $7. Looks like it had a number of score tracks on it, in addition to some songs. Anyone heard it?

I ordered this from Amazon for about $6. There are a total of 6 score or instrumental tracks, running 19 minutes and 54 seconds. The score tracks are full orchestral. I wasn't able to give it a dedicated listen yet, but it is definitely worth $6 considering that for a 30 - 40 minute album we routinely shell out $14.I hope this sells well enough for Disney that they will consider similarly priced releases for their future direct to DVD stuff.
