I think it's in a menu on the DVD. And once there the score just plays...kind of like an evil edition of an Easter Egg.

"Go to the disc's main menu and from there go to the Language menu. Once the animation has finished you will hear Jerry Goldsmith's flamboyant soundtrack in its entirety in glorious Dolby Digital as epic background music for this menu screen."

To my understanding this is only true of the "Collector's Edition" DVD, not to the "Ultimate Edition."

Yeah I've got the Collectors Edition. Thanks for the responses....now my question is how the heck do I rip it? I've got SmartRipper but I'm not sure where to go in the settings to rip the score...of course this is for my own personal use, I just need to know....again any help will be appreciated.

    LOL! "Glorious Dolby Digital"
    It's like saying "Glorious mp3".

Trent, are you going to play it on your computer DVD ROM or on a DVD player?

PC DVD Rom, why what's up?

    Trent

Edit: Should I just use Cool Edit and start recording once the score plays? Then once the score finishes just amplify the music enough to hear it?

Yep, that sounds like the best way to handle it.

    Mike,

I tried it but it didn't work. I wish for something like that the Isolated score would show up in Smart Ripper for us to rip instead of having to figure out a way to rip it...oy that annoys me sometimes.

Make sure that you have your Recording options set up right. Go to your Volume controls, display the Recording properties and make sure Wave is checked. I think Microphone is checked by default. Try playing back some audio and you should see the signal.
