There's new art/tracklists up at Varese for "The Forgotten" and "The Cutting Edge."

As expected "The Forgotten" is a long one.

"The Cutting Edge" looks to have about 20 mins. of Patrick Williams score.

Upon some further inspection, you'll notice that while James Horner is credited with composing and orchestrating "The Forgotten" he is NOT credited with conducting. Makes me think this is probably a very synth heavy score.

Yes, but the score was recorded at Todd-AO. I doubt that anyone would go to a scoring stage to produce a synth score. Plus, there's always that vanity credit - "Music Composed by James Horner" - in all of his films. I mean, he conducts his music too, right? Slightly pretentious; the track titles as well.

Although, I must second the praise for the cover; very clever.

    I saw "The Forgotten" today.

As I suspected it IS a synth/piano score. There are cues that go on forever too. I'd liken the score to "House of Sand & Fog" or some of Horner's 80's scores.

The film was very "Twilight Zone-ish." I think they probably showed too much in the trailers and commercials.
