Ghostbusters - Elmer berstein - unreleased
Tommy Boy - David Newman - unreleased
Office Space - John Frizzell - unreleased

David Newman does a lot of good comedy scores that never get released :-(

I guess The Brave Little Toaster counts as one. Percepto.com will released that anytime now - one positive buyer speaking ;-)

    Gremlins 2
    The Great Train Robbery
    Fierce Creatures (all Goldsmith)
    Much Ado About Nothing (Doyle)
    Home Alone 1 & 2 (Williams)
A Fish Called Wanda (Du Prez)

...are some that come to my mind. But what exactly do you mean by "comedy score"?

    NP: Frontiers (Jerry Goldsmith)

Scoreaholic, I second Marian's question. What do you mean by "comedy score"? Serious music for a comedy? Funny music for a comedy? Funny music for a serious film? In the first category might be Elmer Bernstein's score for AIRPLANE (he virtually defined that dramatic approach to blatant nonsense, and it worked a treat). But whatever you mean, you can't go wrong with Henry Mancini. What a joyful output for complete silliness like THE PINK PANTHER series. Mancini was even silly for slightly more serious fare like OKLAHOMA CRUDE. Great joyfulness and silliness (plus splendid dramatic cues!)

Reza, THE BUTCHER BOY a COMEDY score? I see you put a question mark on that one, just as well. It IS a very wacky score, but the film itself, though sometimes hilarious, is an absolutely devastating descent into hellish madness. One of the best films I've seen on the telly this year. Have you seen it?

When I talk about comedy scores I mean both that the score could be comedic sounding in itself (The Road to Wellville) or could be dramatic. I realize know that I have more than I remembered but am always looking for more.

Danny Elfman's Back to School and Pee-Wee's Big Adventure are two of the best comedy scores.A shame Frank Skinner's Abbott & Costello meet Frankenstein has never been released(C'mon Marco Polo!).

In terms of a dramatic score for a comedy (huh?!), the best I can think of is Julian Nott's A MAN OF NO IMPORTANCE (I'm pretty sure that was a comedy; I bought it blind because of Nott's name). The music here is wonderful and heartbreaking, at times.
