So the problem is this: In Vice City (which I'm sure someone here has played) there is this radio station called "Fever" which plays one particular instrumental song that sounds pretty much the same as a clip in the first Rocky movie. The song is not on the Rocky soundtrack, because it was an incomplete composition by Bill Conti. Rocky plays it on his record player at some point of the movie.
