    "Not one actor/actress nomination, though."

Rather interesting that the movie which may well end up winning best picture has no nominations for actor/actress. Elijah Wood, Ian McKellen, and Vigo Mortensen all had more than just a little to do with the success of all 3 films. And then you have Andy Serkis's performance of our favorite ring junkie, the big G.

Not too bad a list, I guess. I'm behind Shore for his second, but hoping Belleville takes the song.

Could this be Danny Elfman´s chance to win?
I hope so, but I´m not getting my hopes up.

I am very happy about Finding Nemo being on there. The more I listen to it, the more I love it.

I think LOTR will probably win, which I'm not too sure I'm happy about. This is the one award I'd like it not to win.

I would have like to have seen Master and Commander (my personal pick for best of the year) and Open Range (if for nothing else as a nod to Michael Kamen) on the list.
