    Hello all,

I am new here and would like to wish you all a happy holiday season!

I just wondered if anyone knew what music is playing around the time when jet li's brother gets buried, and jet li himself pushes the boat down the water?

    Thanks very much,

I will pop in the disc and check that scene out again once I get home to see what you are referring to. It may be the score for the film. Will double check though

    Hey Mickey,

I tried finding that scene you mentioned and had no luck. I think we may be thinking of another movie he's in. Can you tell me which chapter it's in or what time it starts at?

    Hi Again,

It basically starts at 43 minutes and 45 seconds in to the film, and in reality lasts to 45 minutes and 26 seconds in to it.

Is chapter 18 of romeo must die

    Thanks Justin

Alright, was finally able to check out the scene you were referring to. That music is part of the score which unfortunately was never released. A shame too, because a lot of music in that movie is well done.

    Perhaps you should go here:
    http://www.stanleyclarke.com/contact_page.htm

...and contact his management agency. Tell them you thought the score was very good and wanted to know if a CD will ever be released or if perhaps a promo is available. Only suggestion I can offer unfortunately, but hey...it just may get you the music you want

Stanley Clarke ha ssaid many times he would like to put out score releases for Romeo Must Die and Undercover Brother. He says maybe 1 day they will get released. I doubt it though. Though Undercover Brother would probably have a better chance of a release then romeo Must Die.

    Oh right, thanks,

Why do they have decent music in films and then not release them, it makes no sense.

All about the money my friend. If they feel the movie bombed or the soundtrack (various artists) release is what everyone wanted, a score album is not even thought of. If the composer is well known then it might be considered. Kinda sad really

And Stalney Clarke has not had that many score releases. Passanger 57 is the only one that comes to mind. There might anotehr one or two of his released.

    Aww right,

Is a shame because i think it is quite a touching and relaxing theme.

To be honest i have never heard of Stanley, i went to the website kindly posted by Justin and litened to the odd thing and is pretty good.

Is nothing better when your all keyed up than to listen to some sotthing chillout music.

Is New Year now, just for me, so Happy new year to you both.
