I've been watching on the sci-fi channel Stargate SG-1. I love the show but I have to say that the music is great. I didn't realize that Joel Goldsmith pratically composed nearly every episode. I know that GNP/Crescendo released the music from season 1. But I was wondering if they, or mabye Varese will release more music from each season? What are your thoughts? Thanks for reading.

It'd be great if there were some future releases planned. Joel Goldsmith's contributions to the show are stellar. I'm not sure what kinda shape GNP's in... but a Season 2 album would certainly be welcomed. If not them, then yeah, Varese would be great. A majority of it is synth, so I don't see how it could cost much to put out.Jeron

I emailed Varese recently. They were quick to respond to my request regarding releasing music to this series. Alas, they said there are no such plans to release the TV sdtks to Stargate SG-1. Oh well atleast I know.
