I was pretty disapointed when i got this CD. I remember there being some pretty great emotional cues in the movie, and NONE of them appeared on the soundtrack. Anyone else disapointed?

I wasn't disappointed... but then, I got the CD before seeing the film. I thought it was a very good, fun listen - but there's certainly no big, emotional stuff.
    www.moviewave.net - just reviewed it

That Pygmies track....I didn't notice hearing it in the movie. The movie is good. I'll get it when I get around to it.
Anyone noticed how the poster for Matchstick Men looks somewhat similar to The Rundown?

Oh yeah... James, I noticed that you reviewed Beck's score to Under The Tuscan sun. When I saw the movie with my girl, I never realized that it was Beck that was responsible for the music, which surprised me when I found out. The music is very good, and does seem to suggest the same ideas that the director was looking for.

I'm not disappointed. But then I haven't got the CD and I haven't seen the movie.
