I'm not sure whether you're asking about the movie itself or the soundtrack CD. According to the Internet Movie Database (IMDb), this is the version that's used in the movie itself:

    from opera "La Boheme"
Act I: Questo 'Mar Rosso' mi ammollisce e assidera
    Act I: O soave fanciulla
    Act II: Quandro men' vo
Act III: Addio...Donde lieta usci al al tuo grido d'amore
    music by Giacomo Puccini
libretto by Giuseppe Giacosa and Luigi Illica
Performed by Renata Tebaldi (Mimě), Carlo Bergonzi (Rodolfo),
Gianna d'Angelo (Musetta), Ettore Bastianini (Marcello),
Cesare Siepi (Colline), Renato Cesari (Schaunard),
    Fernando Corena (Benoît/Alcindoro)
    Conducted by Tullio Serafin
Accademia di Santa Cecilia di Roma
Courtesy of Polygram Special Projects, a division of Polygram
    Records, Inc. 1959

But if you're asking about the CD, which apparently just has an instrumental version, I don't know any details about that.
