hello,I am new here, and registered because I am desperately searching for a certain album. All I know is that it's probably 30 years old, possibly a string quartet (?) it contains Lara's theme from Dr. Zhivago, and it 'might' be titled, "Harpsicord for lonely evenings".
Can anyone help? thanks!

A Google search turned up an LP by Jonathan Knight titled "Lonely Harpsichord on a Rainy Night" that contains a "Misty Lara's Theme" track. Might that be it?http://entertainment.msn.com/album/?album=532243
If you go to www.memorylanerecords.com you'll find they have several copies of a Jonathan Knight LP titled "Lonely Harpsichord: That Rainy Night" for sale. I don't know if it's the same album, but you can e-mail them and ask if it's got "Lara's Theme" on it (if that's the album you're looking for, that is).
And if the MemoryLaneRecords album is different, here's another website listing the "Lonely Harpsichord on a Rainy Night" LP for sale:
