Instead of the usual bickering, I thought I'd ask if anyone here bothered to see "2 Fast 2 Furious" and if so, how was Arnold's score?Did he have anything substantial in the film to make it worth suffering throught?

I will! Diehard import freak right here. Well, I guess I don't count cause I'm seeing it for the cars and not the plot.
The score I hear is only so so...but I never listen to critics or opinions. I will let you guys know after I see it this Saturday if you're interested.

I'll also admit to seeing it. I thought it was easily the most entertaining film of the summer so far.

I think somebody should make a version where everybody races stock Buick Centurys and Dodge Caravans. Now THAT would be amusing to watch.

Mr. Little, if you're going to mock the auto industry, go all the way down:
I'd like to see a couple of Ford Pinto's facing some Hyundai Pony's.
Oh wait... that's still better than those Indian and Malaysian car brands.

Well, I saw the film and tried paying attention to the score while absorbing the eye candy. Eye candy is all it was. Unlike the first one that tried to focus on the cars and street racing, this one sold out and tried to have a plot and good acting. Blah
They tried. Also, attemping to hear Arnold's score was almost impossible. I couldn't tell whether it was techno or his score or if his score was techno. Some of the scenes were sooo loud that a score honestly didn't have to be used during them. Just pump the movie with different tracks from the soundtrack and you've pretty much got the same thing. As much as I like Arnold's music, it wasn't done justice to the scenes he wrote music for. I would definitely grab the score if one was ever released. That way, I can see what I missed with the sfx covering most of it up. If you're into seeing an entertaining movie, check this flick out. If you're wanting to see the movie for the cars and mods...wait for DVD
