Someone at drg must be a fan of Carroll Baker or something.... and if it helps get some cool movie music issued on CD for the first time, I'm all for it. Set for a 6/24 release:

Baby Doll (1956) - Kenyon Hopkins
    Harlow (1965) - Neal Hefti

    -and-

The Buccaneer (1958) - Elmer Bernstein (Varese CD OOP and scarce these days)

I am not certain if these (especially The Buccaneer) will be newly remastered for CD release. I am eager for more Neal Hefti, and way too excited about finally being able to toss my LP2CD transfer of Hopkins' Baby Doll (steaming Elia Kazan/Tennessee Williams film). Never thought it would happen. More Kenyon Hopkins on CD, please!

Any others interested? Very cool to me....

Is DRG the company which recently released a Morricone score taken directly from the movie's sound track complete with dialogues and sound effects?
