Too bad it's not in quicktime.

If it sticks to the script we might be in for a fun ride. Think Assault on Precinct 13 meets Speed.

Also, great SWAT THEME gag at the end of the teaser.

    Regards,

    MV

Very interesting, but after seeing that "teaser," I still have no idea what the movie is about.

And what's that guy doing on top of the junked Delta L-1011?

Well, if I had to take a guess, I'd say the movie's about 2 hours long, contains a lot of explosions, shootings and general destruction of property and takes place in Los Angeles.

Of course, there's no word on whether they'll run into Jack Bauer during the course of their 24 hour day.
(Those who have seen the show will get the reference)

Just what I wanted to see..."From the producer of 'The Fast and the Furious' and 'XXX'"

At least this time he has real actors. Hopefully it will be good. A good cop/detective movie is always good.

Let's not forget that "he" is Neal Moritz, who has graced us with such cinematic gems as VOLCANO, I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER, URBAN LEGEND, CRUEL INTENTIONS, THE SKULLS (and their sequels), and don't even get me started on SLACKERS. Wowza.

That being said, I am looking forward to S.W.A.T. as a really entertaining diversion from reality.
