There are no topics on MM.com discussing it.

No soundclips on amazon.com (just a not-too-helpful editorial review).

No soundclips on HMV.com (what a surprise).

No CD review on all the websites I normally visit.

No user comments at the MM.com store.

So... does anyone have Carter Burwell's Adaptation. score? If so, how is it, compared to Fargo or Being John Malkovich or S1m0ne?

Anyone visited a website which offers clips from the score?

    Thanks,

    Kosh

Astralwerks is in the process of sending copies to websites. At least I assume so, as they've emailed me to send me one.

I'm sure everyone is still embroiled in TWO TOWERS fever to even consider reviewing something new....

I live in a country some miles away,
    The flick's in limited release,
Only one theater's got the lease,
And it's out of my way.

    Thank you!

Over 8 minutes of score sampled off of the CD there on the link provided by Shorty the unintelligent one.

Is it enough to make you want to buy the CD? Anyone... anyone? Already sounds better than Simone, but then again, it should. Spike Jonze film.

    GREAT flick!

Even with all the BIG flicks out right now, you need to make time to see Adaptation.

the score is cool, too. Much more active than Being John Malkovich, strangely, the movie set on which the movie Adaptation begins.

I would say it's a definite for Burwell aficiandos.
