Not only do you get warm, intimate playing by the RSNO, great conducting by McNeely, and amazing Matthew Peak paintings, but detailed, informative liner notes that Varese don't even include on their Club CDs.

overall, an excellent CD well worth your bucks.

but I'm not too sure Varese have to advertise the fact that it's a 20-bit recording. With all the new 24/ 96kHz recordings coming out, 20 bit is SO last week.

Still, get it or forever be held in contempt by me.
