Kosh Goldmember	I suggest you get a DVD player. DVDs are a fantastic medium and anything on them is worth getting. [Red Dwarf mode most definitely off now] Kosh ;)

Lou Goldberg Goldmember	I loved the cover art on this. The Rebecca score is ok. The best cues are in the Gerhardt suite, the rest tends to just sit there. I would have preferred a complete Suspicion since the existing suite doesn't do it justice. With McNeely conducting this could be a hit or miss but for certain it'll be better than the version Adriano conducted.

I did just that - in fact I played the whole Gerhardt CD, and I think it's wonderful. Looking back, I've an idea that my impression of Waxman has been formed by a re-recording of music for REAR WINDOW, which I really didn't like. Hopefully that was the exception. A PLACE IN THE SUN in particular I thought was terrific. I also have Volume 3 of the Varese "Legends of Hollywood" series of Waxman re-recordings; I shall give that another listen sometime.
