See the above for the cover

    Here's the tracklistings

    1. Main Titles
    2. First Crop Circles
    3. Roof Intruder
    4. Baby Monitor
    5. In The Cornfield
    6. Brazilian Video
    7. Recruiting Office
    8. Throwing A Stone
    9. Boarding Up The House
    10. Into The Basement
    11. Asthma Attack
    12. Hand Of Fate Part 1, The
    13. Hand Of Fate Part 2, The

To be released 7/30/02 from Hollywood Records, the only things I haven't been able to find is track times and sound samples.

Personally, I'm looking forward to this. JNH and Shyamalan are as good a set of collaborators as any Composer/Director set in recollection.

Will the pieces heard in the trailer be used in the score?

Maybe not EXACTLY as heard in the trailer, but yes - the music he used in the trailer is from his score, so i'm sure it will show up in some form in the film.

Do you want me to tell you spoilers?

All kidding aside, I can't say that the track titles ruin anything....

very minor spoilers in the tracklistings. nothing that'll ruin the film if you ask me (and i've seen it).

as for the music, the "Psycho"-esque theme in the trailers is the main theme throughout the film and it'll probably be featured on many of the tracks.

sidenote: i'm not sure how well this score will work on a cd though. it works great in the film, but i'm not sure if it'll work outside of the film. i can't say really. i need to hear the cd first but it's more like mood music rather than broad sweeping themes.

So porter, are you trying to steal my thunder here?

Anyway, the track times are much appreciated as are the descriptions of the relationship of the score to the film. Well done!

How did you get to see the movie so early? Did you get to see a test screening?

I KNEW you were going to say that, Bri.

    Challenge:
If you want to be the ultimate seeker, come up with a copy of Inner Space on CD.

    Dan,

That was cool- except I couldn't buy it, and I don't really trust auctions. I'd rather find a used copy to buy without having to bid. But that's just me. There is the rare occasion it could be somewhere right under my nose.

But if you see another opportunity, please pass it on.

    Thanks!

Well, that's cause the auction ended a few days ago. But my point was how easy it is to find it.
