A new post says that "according to Christopher Young, Moviemusic.com is going out of business in June" which as we all know, can not possibly be true...right?

    asked with panic,
    Galina

    Indeed,
    http://www.filmtracks.com/scoreboard/main.cgi?read=78986

Now it's some Curtis Beaulieu posting a very informative, extremely tight, descriptive message titled "Moviemusic.com going out of business in June".

The body of this Pullitzer-Prize-winning post consists of:

    "(according to Christopher Young)

    CB"

    Wow.

So who's been distorting rumors and allegations?

It just sounds really pathetic to me....

Well, Peter, tell us that it's all bull poo-poo, please! I can't believe it, but my mind will rest so much easier when you confirm that it's just some idiot messing around at Filmtracks, okay? Thanks, sweetie!

It's called "jealousy" by others who hate this place.

And do you not think for a minute that if MM.com was closing, that Peter would tell us? First?

Come on. The Internet is 75% rumor, 22% pathetic teenagers who have self-image problems, and 3% factual information (and I'm not even sure such "facts" are in fact, facts).

True, but what I really find disgusting is attributing this supposed "fact" to a well-known and respected composer.

It's poo poo. Nice to know the Filmtracks people are keeping the anti-everyone spirit alive.

I have some ideas why The MovieMusic store was left off of the "retail" links on Young's website. I'm comfortable knowing Chris Young doesn't have the time to reduce himself, so who knows who's responsible for making the choice to omit this site. However, it matters not to this young padawan.

Both of my brothers go there.

I'm the smart one. Although I do read some of his reviews which I find to be very well written even though some of his oppinions are wacko.

They're now trying this on message boards, too? At least the story is more dramatic than the one I got by e-mail.
